Impacting Knowledge

University Library

The University Library, like any other higher institution library worth its salt, is established to serve the academic interest of its parent organization, which is the University, it strives to provide both solicited and unsolicited assistance and access to a wide spectrum of human knowledge from local and international environments assembled in an orderly manner to the users who need them.

Access to rare and up-to-date information in diverse subject areas is ensured through loans, counseling, answering information requests, interlibrary loans, browsing, the internet, and so on. The library does this by selecting, acquiring, collecting, and organizing various information resources with a view of disseminating accurate and up-to-date information to the University community and beyond. Students are open to books, journals, magazines, reference materials, computers, past projects, and theses in their courses while the academic staff is encouraged to do research and private studies. Personalized service is also provided on demand.
